A career in medicine inspired a new journey into medical fiction.

A graduate of Weill Cornell Medical College, Bruce R. Gilbert draws on his experience in urology and reproductive medicine to explore the human consequences of scientific change. He has authored medical textbooks and scientific papers as well as the medical thriller Inborn Error.
